Meet the team
An interview with Carma, means a chance to come in and see what we’re all about. Expect an onsite tour so that you can see exactly how we work, and a chat with the manager to help them get to know you better with some structured questions. It’s also a great time to ask us any questions you have as well!

Online assessment
Here’s where you’ll complete a short psychometric assessment. This helps us understand your problem solving style - something important for every role at Carma. It’s quick, done from home, and we’ll guide you through it.

Pre-employment checks
We’ll run some pre-employment checks, like drivers licence, criminal history records and references, these will all depend on what role you’re applying for. We keep it straightforward and cover the costs. Any questions? Our Talent Team is here to help!
