Now, we’re on the hunt for a Freelance Brand Designer to jump into our fast-moving Marketing team for an 8 week contract! Your superpower? Seamless, polished creative execution that keeps our brand shining and our campaigns performing at pace.

What you'll be doing:

Deliver high-quality creative across channels
From digital and socialOOH, transit, email and partner assets, you’ll create assets that are unmistakably Carma.
Own the day-to-day design production flow
Resizing, reformatting, versioning… you’ll keep creative requests moving smoothly and avoid those dreaded bottlenecks.
Adapt campaigns for every channel
Adapt and transform existing creative to fit media plans, tailoring formats, layouts and messaging for channel nuances so campaigns land with maximum impact.
Support performance marketing
Create and adapt Meta assets for Sell To and Retail campaigns, ensuring they’re aligned with platform best practice.
Produce lightweight motion graphics
Overlays, openers, end cards, simple animations- the finishing touches that elevate our YouTube and paid video creative.
Champion brand consistency
Every piece of creative, big or small, hits the brief, nails the brand and looks premium across digital and print.

Okay, let's talk about you:

You have 5+ years’ experience as a mid-level designer
You bring a portfolio full of on-trend, relevant, compelling creative
You’re proficient in Figma, Adobe Suite or similar design tools
You deeply understand foundational visual design principles
You’re confident designing across brand, digital, social and multi-channel environments
You have strong attention to detail- nothing slips past you
You’re organised, deadline-driven and great at managing a busy production pipeline
You thrive in a collaborative team and enjoy feedback loops
Bonus points for HTML/CSS capability, illustration, motion or hand-sketching
You hold a degree in Graphic Design or a related field
