Stage 2

First Interview

Next up, you’ll meet the hiring manager, either onsite, or via video. We’ll cover more about the role and the team, and it’s your chance to tell us more about yourself.
Stage 3

Online assessment

Here’s where you’ll complete a short psychometric assessment. This helps us understand your problem solving style - something important for every role at Carma. It’s quick, done from home, and we’ll guide you through it.
Stage 4

Second Interview

In this interview, we’ll dive a little deeper into the key competencies for the role. You’ll get the chance to meet some key team members, and expect questions about previous experience, ways of working and our company values.
Stage 5

Pre-employment checks

We’ll run some pre-employment checks, like right to work, criminal history records and references, these will all depend on what role you’re applying for. We keep it straightforward and cover the costs. Any questions? Our Talent Team is here to help!
