Stage 2

Hands-on experience

Here’s your chance to come onsite, get a feel for how we work, and show off your skills! You’ll spend a few hours with the team, working with our tools and setup. It’s as much a chance for you to see if Carma’s the right fit for as it is for us to see your skills in action!

Stage 3

Online assessment

Here’s where you’ll complete a short psychometric assessment. This helps us understand your problem solving style - something important for every role at Carma. It’s quick, done from home, and we’ll guide you through it.

Stage 4

Pre-employment checks

We’ll run some pre-employment checks, like drivers licence, criminal history records and references, these will all depend on what role you’re applying for. We keep it straightforward and cover the costs. Any questions? Our Talent Team is here to help!
