Stage 1

Let's chat!

At Carma, we check out every application. If we think you might be a great match, we’ll reach out to set up a call—this is your chance to get to know us and ask any questions on your mind!

Our Talent Team will keep you in the loop with updates, feedback, and next steps throughout.
Stage 2

Hands-on experience

This is your chance to come onsite, get a feel for how we work, and show off your skills. You’ll spend a few hours with the team using our tools and setup, giving you a real sense of what it’s like at Carma. You’ll also have a chat with the manager, which is a great opportunity for us to get to know you better - and for you to ask any questions along the way.
Stage 3

Online assessment

Here’s where you’ll complete a short psychometric assessment. This helps us understand your problem solving style - something important for every role at Carma. It’s quick, done from home, and we’ll guide you through it.
Stage 4

Pre-employment checks

We’ll run some pre-employment checks, like drivers licence, criminal history records and references, these will all depend on what role you’re applying for. We keep it straightforward and cover the costs. Any questions? Our Talent Team is here to help!
