The Buying Team at Carma is all about sourcing the best pre-owned cars in Australia, making sure we meet and exceed the demand as we continue to grow. Using a blend of reactive and proactive strategies, our experts work tirelessly to snap up the best cars.
Production
The Production Team take each car through an intensive 9-step process from inspection to mechanical to detailing, which ensures every part is in the best condition possible. As car lovers ourselves, we’re next-level obsessive about every little detail that goes into delivering a great Carma car.
Customer Experience
The Customer Experience Team is dedicated to delivering a seamless experience for all. Whether it’s the Sales team helping customers find their next ride, Customer Service handling the legwork, Delivery bringing the joy on new car day, or Post Sale Care who are ready to answer any questions, the team is always ready to help!
Customer Finance
The Customer Finance Team believes in empowering our customers to make informed decisions about their purchases by offering a range of financing options and guide them in comparing and navigating the best ways to pay for their car. We’re here to make the process exciting and easy, ensuring our customers feel confident about their choices.
Finance
The Finance Team takes a non-traditional approach. We work closely with the whole business to support smart decision-making and effectively managing our expenditure and income. Our areas of expertise include Financial Control, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Vehicle Compliance and Payroll – which basically means keeping the entire company in check.
